ABOUT THE HOTEL

Q1.What can I do if I arrive at the hotel before the check-in time?
A1.Daily check in time starts at 3pm. Please alert us if you plan to arrive before 3pm. We will try to arrange earlier house keeping to match your time. If the room is not ready, feel free to leave your luggage with us (for storage) while you take a stroll around the city before the check in time.
Q2.What if I will arrive at the hotel late at night?。
A2.If you plan to arrive after 10pm, please inform us beforehand. The front desk is open 24 hours, but for security purposes, The main doors will be closed from midnight daily. Please call the front desk staff via the intercom systems installed at the entrances.
Q3.Can the hotel look after my luggage after I have checked out?
A3.For the convenience of our guests, we offer free luggage storage services weather it’s before the check in time or after you have checked out. Please deposit your baggage at the front desk when needed and enjoy the rest of your sightseeing or shopping for the day.
Q4.Can I pay for my stay during check out?
A4.Accommodation fees must be settled during check in before room key can be provided. Apologies for any inconvenience.
Q5.Can I use a credit card for payment?
A5.We accept most credit cards from major financial institutions. Check here for detailed list.

Q6.What are the charges for my child that accompanies me?
A6.Children under 12 years old (12 not included) can stay in the same room for free. However, additional towels, amenities, etc., are not provided for them. (charges may apply if needed).

Q7.What is the difference between「Personal Single」and「Deluxe Single」rooms?
A7.Deluxe Single rooms are a bit more spacious and furnished with an extra coffee table and chair.
Q8.What is the difference between「Personal Twin」and「Deluxe Twin」rooms?
A8.Delux Twin rooms are more spacious with an added sofa bed which could be used for an extra guest if needed.

ABOUT PARKING

Q1.Are there any parking facilities nearby?
A1.Q-bic PArking is an automated (deposit and retrieval) parking facility in the neigbourhood, its limited to to vehicles with max height of 2m. If you need to park any larger sized vehicles, we will guide you to other similar rate parking facilities nearby. Please inform us of you parking needs during check in.
Q2.May I still use the facility after I have checked out or before I check in?
A2.You may still use the facility but if its outside of the overnight park times, standard charges may apply. For details of each parking facility, click the following link.

ABOUT RESERVATION

Online reservation questions

Q1.How many months in advance can I make reservations?
A1.Our system accepts reservations up to 6 months in advance.
Q2.What does the “×” symbol on the calendar mean? Are there rooms available on that date?
A2.In order to prevent double booking, our system may sometimes reserve certain room when vacancy is low. Please feel free to give us a call as there might still be some rooms available.
Q3.What if I want to stay for a long period?
A3.At the reservation pages, select or insert the number of nights you would like to stay in the corresponding fields. Depending on availability, you may reserve up to 30days of stay. Unfortunately, there may be dates in between your schedule where it is already fully booked in advance by other guests. We suggest you make such reservation with us via phone.
Q4.May I book for two or more rooms at a time?
A4.At the reservation pages, by the “room type” section you may reserve up to 5 rooms at a time. Please remember to insert all the guests names for every room during reservation.
Q5.For Twin and Double room, May I reserve for 4 guests and above?
A5.For Twins and Double rooms, You are limited to book 1 or 2 guests per room if you book via the internet. If you have accompanying children or extra guest needs, please give us a call so that we may arrange such bookings for you.
Q6.How do I make changes to or cancel my reservation online?
A6.Please use the following link :Reservation Changes There are two types of login at this page.
For non-member guests, please use registered email address during booking or reservation number to login and make appropriate changes.
For hotel member guests, please login with ID and password to make the appropriate changes.
※Please note that your reservation info will not be displayed if you have made the reservation via the telephone。
Q7.The webpage is not showing properly, what shall I do?
A7.Please check your browser and update if possible。Our website supports Google chrome, Firefox, and Internet Explorer 8 and above.

ABOUT MEMBERSHIP

Q1.Whats the difference between a member or not?
A1.Members can login to our reservation system with their IDs and password. Members can simplify the booking process as the system saves the guest info (names and address) that has been used in the past. No need to enter all the guest details every time you make a booking with us.
Q2.Are there any fees or charges for joining membership online?
A2.No, Joining membership online is 100% free.
Q3.I forgot my login ID or password, what shall I do?
A3.Please use the 「Passport Recovery」page to retrieve your password. Enter the email address you used during registration and click the submit button. The system will send you a link to reset your members password.
Q4.Login credentials verification error has appeared on my screen and I am unable to login anymore.
A4.For security measures, If the ID and password you entered does not match over 10 consecutive times, you account will be automatically locked. Please the following number for assistance: TEL: 095-818-9000
Q5.I want to change my online membership information.
A5.Please use this page 「Profile Update」to update your information. You will need to first login with your ID and password before any changes can be made.
